Our New Year's stay was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, it was easy to access all the local attractions. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Plus, the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet and the Christmas dinner. We also loved the spa facilities, which were perfect after a day out in the snow.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The prices were slightly high, but considering the festive season this was expected. Unfortunately, the heating system in our room was a bit too noisy and disrupted our sleep a few times. Additionally, some of the staff's English language skills were limited, which was not a major problem but did make communication difficult at times. Despite this, overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The small size of the pool area, which made it a bit congested. , the lady at the front desk could've been friendlier and accommodating towards our requests.
